SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery times vary by location:

• Lebanon (domestic): 2-5 business days
• International orders: 7-21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
